Why work with us

None of this is clever. It is just uncommon.

Owning your own accounts, reporting you can verify, and being told when something is not working. None of it is hard to do. It is only rare because it makes an agency easier to leave, which is rather the point.

The difference

How it usually goes, and how we do it

Not every agency works the way described below. Enough of them do that it is worth putting our answer beside it in writing.

Area How it usually goes How we do it
Reporting A monthly deck of charts that answers every question except whether it worked. Plain language, the same metrics every month, and every figure traceable to a tool you can log into.
Account ownership Accounts created under the agency, transferred later if you ask and they agree. Everything set up in your name on day one. Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts, domain, hosting.
Scope A bundle, whether or not you need all of it, because bundles are easier to price. Start with the one thing costing you the most. Add the rest when the first one is paying for itself.
Ad spend Rolled into a single invoice, so you never quite know the split. Paid direct to Google or Meta on your card. Our fee is separate and stated plainly.
A bad month Reframed around whichever number happened to go up. Said out loud, with what we are changing and when you should expect to see it.
Getting hold of us A ticket queue and an account manager who does not do the work. A phone number, business hours, and someone who knows your account.
Guarantees Page one promised, then quietly redefined once you are signed. No ranking guarantees. We commit to the work, the reporting, and telling you early if a target is not realistic.
Leaving Access held until the last invoice clears, and the history stays behind. You keep the accounts, the site, the content, and every month of history in it.

Everything listed under How it usually goes describes common industry practice, not any particular company. Plenty of good agencies do not work that way. Ask any of them the same questions and see what you get.

What lands in your inbox

Six things, every month, in the same format

Reporting is only useful if you can compare this month to last month without doing translation work.

Where you rank

Your tracked keyword positions, up and down, against where they were when we started rather than against last week.

Traffic that matters

Organic sessions and where they came from, with the bot noise and your own visits stripped out.

Leads, not impressions

How many people actually got in touch, through which page, and what that worked out to per lead.

Spend against return

If you are running ads, what went out, what came back, and whether the gap is moving the right way.

What we changed

A written list of the work done that month, so there is never a question about what you paid for.

What comes next

The priorities for the month ahead and why they are in that order, so you can push back before the work starts.

The first ninety days

What actually happens after you say yes

Days 1 to 14

Baseline everything

We set up or take ownership of your analytics, Search Console, and ad accounts, then record where every metric stands before we touch anything. This is the number every later month gets measured against, so it matters that it is honest rather than flattering.

Days 15 to 45

Fix what is leaking

Technical issues, slow pages, broken conversion paths, and wasted ad spend come first, because they cost you money every day they stay unfixed. You get the list of what we are doing and roughly what each item is worth before we start.

Days 46 to 90

Build and measure

Content, campaigns, and pages go live in the order agreed at the start. By day ninety you have two full monthly reports and enough movement in the numbers to judge whether this is working, on your own evidence rather than ours.

Not sure yet

You do not have to commit to ninety days to find out whether we are right about your site. The audit takes about fifteen minutes of your time and you keep what we find either way.

Ask the hard questions first

Who owns the accounts. How ad spend is billed. What you keep if you leave. We answer those before you sign, not after.
